We’re so glad you’re considering joining us this Sunday at Highland! Whether you’ve been in church your whole life or are stepping through the doors for the very first time, we want you to know you’ll be welcomed here. Our prayer is that you’ll experience the love of Christ, a genuine community of believers, and a place where faith can grow.
At 9:00am, we gather for Sunday School, where God’s Word is taught at every age level—from the nursery through adulthood. Our youth and adult groups currently use a variety of resources, including RightNow Media, while our children explore faith through Grow Kids curriculum. |
At 10:00am, our morning worship service begins. You’ll find a warm, welcoming environment where people dress in all different ways—from tennis shoes to ties—and everyone is embraced just as they are. Caring nursery workers provide a safe and loving place for children 6 months through preschool. Kindergarten through 6th grade worship alongside their parents before joining Children’s Church most Sundays. On “Family Sundays” (typically the last Sunday of the month and on holidays), kids K–6 stay in the sanctuary for the whole service.
Worship at Highland is joyful and thankful, with music that lifts hearts in praise to God. Our services center on the Gospel: you’ll hear the Bible taught in context, the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection shared clearly, and be encouraged to grow deeper in your faith.
Our hope is that you will experience a Christian community where it’s safe to be imperfect, where struggles and brokenness are met with grace, and where healing happens together. We are a prayer-focused fellowship, patient with one another, and committed to helping each other grow as followers of Christ—ready to serve together in His mission of reaching all people with the Gospel.
